В Российской Федерации рак молочной железы  – ведущая онкологическая патология у  женского населения, по своему удельному весу значительно опережающая иные злокачественные новообразования в  структуре заболеваемости и  лидирующая в структуре смертности женщин, составляя порядка 15,5%. Ключевая роль в борьбе с этим заболеванием принадлежит скринингу – массовым профилактическим осмотрам женского населения для максимально раннего выявления признаков злокачественных новообразований молочной железы с целью своевременного и наиболее эффективного лечения. Общепризнанным методом такого скрининга является рентгеновская маммография.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: оценить эффективность двойного просмотра результатов профилактической маммографии с применением технологий искусственного интеллекта.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено эпидемиологическое исследование за период 2015–2024 гг. на базе ЕРИС ЕМИАС, ежегодных справочников и форм федерального статистического наблюдения. В 2023 г. на основе данных Московского Эксперимента разработана и внедрена технология двойного просмотра результатов профилактической маммографии с использованием искусственного интеллекта.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнение показателей активного выявления рака молочной железы показывает принципиально разную динамику. В г. Москве доля выявленных случаев выросла с  40,9% (2015 г.) до пиковых 52,3% (2023 г.), однако пандемия вызвала обвальное падение до 18,5% (2021 г.). Постковидное восстановление обеспечило стремительный рост тренда (9,6%/год). По России динамика стабильнее: с  37,2% до 44%, тренд пологий (2,5%/год), без столичных контрастов. Внедрение двойных просмотров результатов профилактической маммографии с применением искусственного интеллекта внесло определяющий вклад в значительный и устойчивый рост активного выявления пациенток со злокачественными новообразованиями молочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование медицинских изделий с технологиями искусственного интеллекта целесообразно для трансформации процессов двойного просмотра результатов профилактической маммографии. В многолетней перспективе двойной просмотр результатов профилактической маммографии с применением технологий искусственного интеллекта обеспечивает значительный и устойчивый рост активного выявления женщин со злокачественными новообразованиями молочной железы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. In the Russian Federation, breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, with the highest incidence and mortality rate (approximately 15.5%). Mammography is the standard method for mass screening aimed at early detection of malignant breast tumors and ensuring timely and optimal treatment outcome.</p></sec><sec><title>The purpose of the study</title><p>The purpose of the study: to evaluate the effectiveness of double reading of mammograms using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. An epidemiological study was conducted from 2015 to 2024 using the URIS UMIAS, annual reference books, and federal statistical monitoring forms. In 2023, double reading for mammography using AI was developed and implemented based on data from the Moscow Experiment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Comparison of active breast cancer detection rates revealed distinct dynamics. In Moscow, detected cases increased from 40.9% (2015) to 52.3% (2023), with a pandemic-induced decline to 18.5% (2021) and post-COVID recovery at 9.6%/year. Nationwide, rates rose steadily from 37.2% to 44% (2.5%/year), without significant contrasts. The introduction of double reading of mammography AI decisively contributed to the significant, sustainable increase in active detection of breast cancer patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Artificial intelligence-enabled medical devices are recommended for transforming the double reading of mammography.
